Taxonomy
Cleiothyridina solovjevae was named by Grunt (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 2840/119 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Stranvollstrata Peninsula, Outcrop 2, Sample G-6/936, which is in a Kungurian/Wuchiapingian marine horizon in the Kapp Starostin Formation of Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
