Taxonomy
Geocoma canjuersensis was named by Roman et al. (1993). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Holotype MNHN R09024. Its type locality is Echinodermata, Lower Tithonian, Canjuers, Var, France, which is in a Tithonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in France.
