Sanyangites liratus

Taxonomy
Sanyangites liratus was named by Zheng and Ma (1982). Its type specimen is NIGP 54615 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lucun Section, Bed 8, Yichun County, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine shale in the Loping Formation of China.

It was recombined as Araxoceras liratum by Leonova (2002).
