Meekospira sulcata
Taxonomy
Meekospira sulcata was named by Batten (1964). Its type specimen is AMNH 28364, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AMNH1067, Little Colorado River canyon, which is in a Roadian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Kaibab Formation of Arizona.
