Kawina wilsoni

Taxonomy
Kawina wilsoni was named by Ross (1972) [Paratypes: USNM 167228b-h]. Its type specimen is USNM 167228a, an exoskeleton (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is D1973 CO. Meiklejohn mud-mound, Bare Mountain, which is in a Whiterockian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Antelope Valley Formation of Nevada.
