Palaeobolbomyia sinica
Taxonomy
Palaeobolbomyia sinica was named by Zhang (2010). Its type specimen is NIGP DHG200981, an exoskeleton (Complete body), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (NIGP 2009 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China.
