Taxonomy
Lyriomyophoria paullorum was named by Boyd and Newell (1997). Its type specimen is AMNH 44078 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is AMNH B8517, Cottonwood Pass, which is in a Spathian shallow subtidal limestone in the Moenkopi Formation of Nevada.
It was recombined as Elegantinia paullorum by Boyd and Newell (1999).
