Glaphurus pustulatus

Taxonomy
Arionellus pustulatus was named by Walcott (1877) [Lectotype designated by Shaw (1968).]. Its type specimen is MCZ 7566B (lectotype), a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Glaphurus, Acidaspis (Glaphurus).

It was recombined as Acidaspis (Glaphurus) pustulatus by Raymond (1905); it was recombined as Glaphurus pustulatus by Jell and Adrain (2002).

  • Sao lamottensis was named by Whitfield (1886).

    It was synonymized subjectively with Glaphurus pustulatus by Raymond (1905).
