Minelcana dubia

Taxonomy
Bittacus dubius was named by Giebel (1856). Its type specimen is NHM I.3496, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Dinton, Vale of Wardour, Middle Purbeck, which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal horizon in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Elcana dubia by Handlirsch (1906) and Zessin (1987); it was recombined as Minelcana dubia by Gorochov et al. (2006).
