Langobardisaurus pandolfii
Taxonomy
Langobardisaurus pandolfii was named by Renesto (1994). Its type specimen is MCSNB 2883, a partial skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Cene, Seriana Valley, which is in an Alaunian basinal (carbonate) limestone in the Zorzino Limestone Formation of Italy. It is the type species of Langobardisaurus.
