Taxonomy
Lichas jukesii was named by Billings (1865). Its type specimen is GSC 671a, a cephalon/head, and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Amphilichas jukesii by Raymond (1925); it was recombined as Apatolichas jukesi by Whittington (1963).
