Taxonomy
Remopleurides pilulus was named by Whittington (1965). Its type specimen is GSC 18570, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Table Cove, which is in a Chazyan slope limestone/shale in the Table Cove Formation of Canada.
