Illaenus gelasinus
Taxonomy
Illaenus gelasinus was named by Whittington (1965). Its type specimen is GSC 18307, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Table Point, "Middle Table Head", 90 feet, which is in a Chazyan slope limestone in the Table Cove Formation of Canada.
