Lonchodomas retrolatus
Taxonomy
Lonchodomas retrolatus was named by Ross and Barnes (1967) [Paratypes: USNM 145818-822.]. Its type specimen is USNM 145817, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is D 680 CO, which is in a Whiterockian shallow subtidal limestone in the Eureka Formation of Nevada.
