Ilerdocossus fengningensis
Taxonomy
Liaocossus fengningensis was named by Ren et al. (1998). Its type specimen is HF95030, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Xituyao village (Geological Museum of China collection), which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large siliciclastic in the Yixian Formation of China.
It was recombined as Ilerdocossus fengningensis by Menon et al. (2005), Wang et al. (2008) and Li et al. (2018).
