Minicynodon maieri

Taxonomy
Minicynodon maieri was named by Bonaparte et al. (2010). Its type specimen is UFRGS-PV-1030-T, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Faxinal do Soturno, Linha São Luiz, which is in a Norian fluvial siltstone/sandstone in the Caturrita Formation of Brazil.
