Taxonomy
Stenopora etheridgei was named by Crockford (1945). Its type specimen is Sydney Univ 5434 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jackson's Hill, Pokolbin Parish, which is in a Sakmarian marine siliciclastic in the Allandale Formation of Australia.
