Onactornis depressus
Taxonomy
Onactornis depressus was named by Cabrera (1939). Its type specimen is MLP 37-III-7-8, a partial skull (Cdneo incomplelo )' sin la mandíbula, primera falange del ter- cer dedo y primera falange del srgnndo dedo), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Robilotte field - SE of Epecuén lagoon & E of Laguna de Epecuén, which is in a Huayquerian terrestrial siltstone/siltstone in the Epecuén Formation of Argentina.
It was synonymized subjectively with Devincenzia pozzi by Alvarenga and Holfing (2003).
