Taxonomy
Turbinilopsis decoratus was named by Delpey (1941). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sisophon, which is in a Capitanian marine limestone in the Sisophon Formation of Cambodia.

It was recombined as Anomphalus decoratus by Clapham (2015).
