Taxonomy
Worthenia lantenoisi was named by Mansuy (1913). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ta-kreem, which is in a Wordian/Capitanian marine limestone in the Sisophon Formation of Cambodia.
It was recombined as Platyworthenia lantenoisi by Wagner (2023).
