Taxonomy
Cambodgia sinistrorsa was named by Mansuy (1914). Its type specimen is in the collections of the Service géologique de l’ Indochine, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Cambodgia.

Knight 1941Small, high-spired, many-whorled, anomphalous, sinistral, eulimiform gastropods seemingly without sinus or slit; whorl profile very gently arched between sutures; sutures shallow; nucleus unknown; base rounded, anomphalous; columellar lip strongly reflexed; parietal inductura seemingly complete, thin; outer lip seemingly straight and without a sinus but very poorly known; ornamentation seemingly lacking; shell moderately thin, its structure unknown. The holotype measures about 8.5 mm. in height, 3.5 mm. in width, and has a pleural angle of 26 degrees.
