Madoia rostrata

Taxonomy
Madoia rostrata was named by Sun and Ye (1982). Its type specimen is NIGPAS 67034, a shell (Articulated shell), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Naocangjian Valley 72P1F48-4, Heihai District, Madoi County, which is in an Aegean/Bithynian marine horizon in the Naocangjiangou Formation of China. It is the type species of Madoia.
