Taxonomy
Turgidiffia completa was named by Fedorowski (1985). Its type specimen is USNM 197500 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM722l, Dugout Mountain, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Skinner Ranch Formation of Texas.
