Taxonomy
Ufimia hunzensis was named by Flügel (1989). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is KJ87, Panjshah section, Chapursan valley, which is in a Wordian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Panjshah Formation of Pakistan.
