Sholakoceras pleuronautiloides
Taxonomy
Trematodiscus pleuronautiloides was named by Gemmellaro (1889). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pietra di Salomone, calcare grossolano, Sosio, which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in Italy.
It was recombined as Sholakoceras pleuronautiloides by Mapes et al. (2007).
