Taxonomy
Fenestella vadosa was named by Gorjunova (1975). Its type specimen is PIN 2351/192 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kurteke 1, Bazardarin Fm, Limestone, which is in a Sakmarian shallow subtidal limestone in the Bazardarin Formation of Tajikistan.
