Columbites isabellae
Taxonomy
Columbites isabellae was named by Guex et al. (2005) [Formerly JHS-1679c-83]. Its type specimen is NMMNH P-62979 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is JJ7-75, Hot Springs Ridge (JJ-HSDE), Bear Lake, which is in a Spathian marine shale in the Thaynes Formation of Idaho.
