Paragoceras malayanus
Taxonomy
Columbites malayanus was named by Renz and Renz (1948). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Maradovuno, Chios, which is in a Spathian slope lime mudstone in Greece.
It was synonymized subjectively with Prenkites timorensis by Kummel (1969); it was recombined as Paragoceras malayanus by Guex et al. (2010).
