Sibirites carinatus

Taxonomy
Sibirites carinatus was named by Guex et al. (2005) [Formerly JHS-290c-138]. Its type specimen is NMMNH P-62980 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is JJ1-82, Hot Springs Ridge (JJ-HSDE), Bear Lake, which is in a Spathian marine shale in the Thaynes Formation of Idaho.
