Bedicella cicatricosa
Taxonomy
Bedicella cicatricosa was named by Hahn et al. (1990). Its type specimen is EHW-J 1121, an exoskeleton (complete trilobite lacking free cheeks), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Na Peceh, Karavanke Mountains, which is in an Asselian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dolzanova Soteska Formation of Slovenia. It is the type species of Bedicella.
