Yakovlevia timanica
Taxonomy
Muirwoodia timanica was named by Kalashnikov (1993). Its type specimen is KNTs UrO PAN 279/105 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Soiva River, Section 56, Bed 10, Western Pretiman, which is in a Roadian marine horizon in the Kazan Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Yakovlevia timanica by Clapham (2015).
