Taxonomy
Pseudophillipsia (Nodiphillipsia) ozawai was named by Kobayashi and Hamada (1984). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hanaoka, Akasaka, Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, Yabeina globosa Zone, which is in a Capitanian marine limestone in the Akasaka Formation of Japan.
