Jimbokranion subovalis

Taxonomy
Jimbokranion subovalis was named by Kobayashi and Hamada (1984). Its type specimen is PAt 16677 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hosoo-zawa, Kamiyasse, Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, which is in a Wordian marine siliciclastic in the Shigejizawa Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Jimbokranion.
