Taxonomy
Paralioclema tulungense was named by Yang and Xia (1975). Its type specimen is NIGP 23234 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tingri-Nyalam Road 11, Nyalam County, which is in a Ladinian marine horizon in the Qudenggongba Formation of China.
