Mendozachorista volkheimeri

Taxonomy
Mendozachorista volkheimeri was named by Brauckmann et al. (2010). Its type specimen is MCNAM-PI 24527, a forewing, and it is a mold. Its type locality is Arroyo Llantenes, which is in a Norian fluvial mudstone in the Llantenes Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Mendozachorista.
