Leptarctus wortmani
Taxonomy
Leptarctus wortmani was named by Matthew (1924). Its type specimen is AMNH 2575, a mandible (lower jaw with canine, p3, and p4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Leptarctus wortmani type, which is in a Clarendonian terrestrial horizon in the Ash Hollow Formation of Nebraska.
