Pleuroploca olssoni

Taxonomy
Fasciolaria olssoni was named by Anderson (1929). Its type specimen is CAS 4617, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 267 (horizon P), Tubará Mtn [Tubará Fm], which is in a Miocene marine siliciclastic in the Tubará Formation of Colombia.

It was recombined as Pleuroploca olssoni by Landau and Marques da Silva (2010).
