Marginella christineladdae was named by Maury (1917) [DISTRIBUTION: Miocene-Pliocene; Dominican Republic.]. It is not a trace fossil.

It was corrected as Marginella christinelladae by Anderson (1929); it was recombined as Prunum christineladdae by Landau and Marques da Silva (2010).
