Taxonomy
Orthotetes pararegularis was named by Lee and Gu (1980). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mengjiu Mountain, Undivided, Ke'erqin Youyi Qianqi, which is in a Wordian/Capitanian marine horizon in China.
It was recombined as Derbyia pararegularis by Clapham (2015).
