Turricula thangaensis
Taxonomy
Surcula thangaensis was named by Vredenburg (1921) [DISTRIBUTION: Oligocene-Miocene; Myanmar.]. It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Thanga (Kama stage), which is in an Aquitanian marine horizon in the Kama Formation of Myanmar.
It was recombined as Turricula thangaensis by Harzhauser et al. (2009).
