Taxonomy
Rostellaria sindiensis was named by Vredenburg (1925) [DISTRIBUTION: Oligocene; Pakistan.]. It is not a trace fossil.

It was recombined as Tibia sindiensis by Iqbal (1969) and Iqbal (1980); it was recombined as Varicospira sindiensis by Harzhauser et al. (2009).
