J. Moysiuk et al. 2022 | Euarthropod with cephalic shield extending into at least two pairs of extremely elongated lateral spines. Some cephalic spines bearing secondary spines. First and second cephalic appendages uniramous. Trunk subequal to or shorter than cephalic spines, composed of more than 25 segments. Each trunk segment consisting of a short tergopleural ring and a pair of biramous appendages, with endopods bearing blunt subtriangular endites and highly subdivided exopods (∼15 or more podomeres), each emitting elongated lamellae. Terminal segment a small undifferentiated plate with no distinct telson or caudal rami. |
