Taxonomy
Hustedia longirostris was named by Licharew (1978). Its type specimen is TsNIGR 399/9210 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Flangovaya Mountain, Upper Chandalaz, Artemovka River, Primorye, which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Chandalaz Formation of the Russian Federation.
