Taxonomy
Prosphingites (Zenoites) helenae was named by Renz and Renz (1948). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Maradovuno, Chios, which is in a Spathian slope lime mudstone in Greece.

It was recombined as Zenoites helenae by Kummel (1969).
