Stenoscisma americanum
Taxonomy
Stenoscisma americanum was named by Cooper (1957). Its type specimen is USNM 125381 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is S20, 2.25 miles N of Sherman Ranch, Grindstone-Twelvemile Creek area, which is in a Kungurian marine limestone/sandstone in the Coyote Butte Formation of Oregon.
