Dielasma brevicostatum

Taxonomy
Dielasma brevicostatum was named by Cooper (1957). Its type specimen is USNM 125413 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UO 2202-2, "Triangulation Hill", Grindstone-Twelvemile Creek area, which is in a Kungurian marine limestone/sandstone in the Coyote Butte Formation of Oregon.

It was recombined as Gilledia brevicostatum by Bamber and Waterhouse (1971).
