Ascopora grandis
Taxonomy
Ascopora grandis was named by Kruchinina (1973). Its type specimen is VNIGRI 65/916 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sula River, Sakmarian, Northern Timan Mountains, which is in a Sakmarian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Ascoporella grandis by Morozova and Kruchinina (1986) and Nakrem (1994).
