Prophalangopseides vitimicus
Taxonomy
Prophalangopseides vitimicus was named by Sharov (1968). Its type specimen is PIN 1989/2531, a forewing (male forewing without a small part of apex), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 1989), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Prophalangopseides.
