Taxonomy
Kamia angustovenosa was named by Martynov (1928). Its type specimen is PIN 2065/2(11), a wing (fragment of a wing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tikhie Gory (PIN collection 2065), which is in a Roadian lagoonal claystone in the Baitugan Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Kamia.
