Stearoceras sublaeve
Taxonomy
Metacoceras sublaeve was named by Miller et al. (1932). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Roca, quarry 1.25 miles NE, Lancaster County, which is in an Asselian marine limestone in the Neva Formation of Nebraska.
It was recombined as Stearoceras sublaeve by Miller and Youngquist (1949).
